Affiliated Societies
The BMI actively supports the activities of smaller societies and organisations with interests in the arts, science or literature.
Affiliated societies are encouraged to hold their meetings and events in the BMI building; contributing to our cultural offer. In recognition of this contribution, we offer an exclusive 15% discount on all room hire rates. Other benefits include:
Marketing support: cross-promotion of events via the BMI’s printed seasonal programme booklet (subject to space) and social media platforms
Opportunity to organise events in partnership with the Birmingham & Midland Institute
Access to the Birmingham & Midland Institute’s Library
